The Blue Blood Collection is the Spring 2019 collection from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. Aside from including the Blue Blood palette- the second in the "Blood" palette series- the collection included 3 new Velour Lip Scrubs, the Mini Blue Blood Velour Lip Bundle, and Liquid Frost highlighters. The Blue Blood collection was launched on March 29, 2019.

The palette itself is a coffin mixed with jewelry box-shaped component, containing 18 highly pigmented shades, all blues mints and peaches. There are 6 shimmers and 12 mattes – a mix of pressed pigments, foiled shadows, and that classic Star formula. As always every shadow is made using only vegan ingredients.
