As of June 17, 2021, Jeffree Star Cosmetics has 19 eyeshadow palettes (14 main palettes + 5 mini palettes). Most of the palettes were part of collections, others were not and were sold as individual products.

In an interview for Nylon in April 2016, Star revealed the company's first eye shadow palette, titled "Beauty Killer", which was named after his only studio album. The palette was launched on May 25, 2016.
In January 2017, Star revealed another eye shadow palette, titled "Androgyny". It was launched on March 4, 2017. Star named the palette after his "theme [of] life", and colors featured in the palette dramatically changed.
In January 2018, Star revealed the "Blood Sugar" palette, which included 18 shades highlighting red tones. It was launched along with the Love Sick collection on February 10, 2018.
For the company's summer collection, Jeffree revealed another palette called "Thirsty". It was launched along with the Summer 2018 collection on June 16, 2018.
Star released the "Alien" palette, which was launched along with the Holiday 2018 collection on November 9, 2018. It included the same number of shades as the "Blood Sugar" palette.
A successor to the "Blood Sugar" palette - "Blue Blood", was released. This palette highlighted blue-toned shades and featured an iconic casket shape. The palette was launched along with the Blue Blood collection on March 29, 2019.
Jawbreaker & Minibreaker
Jawbreaker, the company's "biggest release to date", was launched along with the Summer 2019 collection on June 21, 2019. A smaller palette titled "Mini Breaker" was also released. This was the first time that Jeffree Star Cosmetics ever made a miniature eyeshadow palette.
Morphe X Jeffree Star Artistry Palette
In August, Jeffree announced that a collaborative palette with Morphe would be released. Star stated that the collaboration was created mainly to make a palette that has a cheaper price point. Unlike Androgyny, the collaborative palette contained 30 shades. The Morphe x Jeffree Star palette was launched on August 13th, 2019.
Conspiracy, Mini Controversy & Mini Controversy Emerald Edition
In October 2019, Shane Dawson's documentary series The Beautiful World of Jeffree Star showcased behind the scenes of Jeffree Star Cosmetics. The series also documents the production of a new product line, created by Star and Dawson. On November 1, 2019, "Conspiracy" and a smaller palette "Mini Controversy" is released along with The Conspiracy Collection.
Due to popular demand of the metallic emerald shade "Put It Back!", JSC releases "Mini Controversy Emerald Edition" with that shade on June 20, 2020. The shade is also available to purchase as a single.
Jeffree launched his "Blood Lust" palette along with the Blood Lust collection on February 21, 2020.
In the Spring of 2020, Star revealed his "Cremated" collection and palette. In a YouTube video, Jeffree said that he originally planned to release Cremated on April 24, 2020, but the launch had to be pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The collection was then launched exclusively on Jeffree's website on May 22, 2020.
Orgy & Mini Orgy
In August 2020, "Orgy" and a smaller palette "Mini Orgy" are released along with Orgy Collection. The entire Orgy collection was then launched on August 21, 2020.
On November 13, 2020, the "Blood Money" was launched along with Blood Money Collection.
On February 26, 2021, Jeffree released the Blood Sugar Anniversary Collection, which includes a mini Blood Sugar palette.
On July 30th, 2021, Jeffree Star Cosmetics released the "Pink Religion" collection.
